Delivery & Returns
This Delivery and Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and describes how 1988 Cultivating Spaces deals with the delivery and returns of orders. We usually work with one of the following third-party transport companies (hereinafter referred to as “logistics providers”): Delivery Solutions SA (“Sameday”) and TNT Express Worldwide B.V (“TNT”).
We are not responsible if our logistics provider is unable to deliver a shipment and we reserve the right to pass on any charges related to your order. Responsibility for product delivery rests solely with our logistics providers. Please see their websites for terms and conditions of delivery.
Delivery Information
The Baby Shower Box orders are delivered Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Delivery costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the items chosen. We process the order within 48 hours of receiving the order, and after processing we will ship the order with one of our logistics providers according to their timelines. The order cannot be changed after it has been confirmed and/or processed.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and destination will be displayed at checkout. No deliveries to PO boxes are accepted.
After the products of your order leave our warehouse, actual delivery may be affected by events that are beyond our control. Therefore, 1988 Cultivating Spaces assumes no responsibility for delivery delays caused by unforeseen logistical events.
If there is a delivery delay, you can send an email to theboxgroupinternational@gmail.com, and we will do our best to contact the logistics company to help solve the problem.

Delivery Time
Depending on your location and the delivery method chosen, delivery takes between 2 and 14 working days after dispatch. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Customs Duties and Taxes
As we are located within the European Union, there are no customs duties or taxes on orders located within the European Union. For countries outside the European Union, the price you pay at checkout does not include all relevant customs duties. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay these fees and taxes directly to our logistics provider in order to clear the order from customs. As we cannot provide exact information about the exact amount, we recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
We are not responsible if our logistics provider is unable to deliver a shipment and we reserve the right to pass on any charges related to your order to you. You are ultimately responsible for paying customs duties and taxes and all fees and surcharges related to the advance of duties and taxes. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes on demand, the shipment may be returned to 1988 Cultivating Spaces, in which case you will be responsible for both the original and return costs. If our logistics provider passes on any duties, taxes or other charges or any ancillary release service charges, we will advance them to you.
To the extent permitted by local law, our logistics provider will process the payment of customs duties on international shipments and may subsequently forward to you. the amount of such customs duties and taxes and may charge an additional fee therefor. For all shipments, our logistics provider may contact you and request refund confirmation as a condition of completing delivery, and at the logistics provider’s discretion, require payment of customs duties and taxes prior to release of the shipment to the recipient. In these circumstances, you are responsible for providing all necessary documentation and information for the claim or by our logistics provider, and for representing and ensuring that all statements and information provided regarding the goods and the claim for the shipment are and will continue to be true, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to advance or charge you any penalties, fines, damages or other costs or expenses requested by our logistics provider, including but not limited to storage fees resulting from a law enforcement action. to any competent governmental authority, or from your failure to fulfill your obligations as set forth herein. Our logistics provider may charge additional fees for international shipment compensation, for compensation processing, for services requested by you, the recipient or third parties, or for the recovery of costs forwarded to the logistics provider by the regulatory agency for regulatory filing. All charges for shipments to countries where entry is not allowed will be charged to you.
We disclaim any liability and any costs, damages or expenses, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees, that our logistics provider may incur in relation to you or anyone else as a result of your failure to comply with any of your obligations . established in this document.

How to Return
Please note that returning products is not free, so you will have to bear the cost of return shipping. You can book a courier of your choice and send the package back to us. Please email us (theboxgroupinternational@gmail.com) with the tracking number of the package you are sending back and request a return receipt.
The returned product must reach 1988 Cultivating Spaces no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. We recommend that you book your return delivery in good time to ensure that it reaches us within 14 days.

Return Policy
Products must be returned unaltered and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, or alternatively we may reduce the amount of any refund or offer an exchange accordingly.
Reimbursement
After your return has been received and accepted, please allow a few days for the return to be processed. We will make the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive back any of the products delivered by you. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
